We are a licensed real estate agency with physical offices in Kavajë. We operate under Albanian Law no. 9887/2008 “On the protection of personal data”, as amended.

We only collect the data you give us yourself:

• Name, email address and phone number, when you fill in the contact form
• The message you write to us about a specific property
• Your email address, if you voluntarily subscribe to new property alerts

• Technical cookies that remember your search preferences

This website has no user accounts. There is no registration, no passwords and we do not build user profiles. We do not collect financial data and we do not accept online payments.

• Reply to the enquiry you sent us
• Arrange a viewing of the property you are interested in
• Send you new properties, if you have subscribed
• Improve how the website works
• Meet our legal obligations

If you write to us through the contact form, we will reply only to your enquiry; we do not automatically add you to the newsletter list.

Data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider.

Where data is processed outside Albania, this is done only to countries offering an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Law no. 9887/2008.

12. Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at persons under 18.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find that we have received such data, we delete it immediately.

We process personal data only on lawful grounds:
